The duty to Be of the Professional Orientation: normative aspects

The present research work to intended to characterize the existence and evolution of the normatividad of the processes. En order to achieve its improvement. It was used the qualitative methodology, through the analysis of documents and normative that regulate this process, being selected its contradictions and the need of contextualization, making them more coherent to improve the vocational process. The theorist fundamendation was based on the structural constructivism of Pierre Bourdieu through the concepts and habitus- field and the cultural capital, as well as the theory of institutionalism related to the concept of institutional relationships. Some contradictions in the general and specific normative that regulate the process were diagnosed, this situation demands from their contextualization. The research is very important due to its direct influence on the vocational orienteer institutions of the students in the different levels of teaching.References
