Jose Marti and Freedom

Abstract

The problem of the freedom in José Marti is one of the cardinal topics of its thought and its action. The following work not approaches the topic of the freedom in the Cuban Hero from the point of view highly historical, but from the philosophical thing. Starting from this the dimensions of the freedom are developed that they are expressed in the martiano thought: ontology, knowledge, ethics and philosophy. This whole thought outline is conformed for a purpose, the man's freedom; and mainly, to emancipate the Latin American Being. This rehearsal has as objective to explain the philosophy notion of freedom in Jose Marti.
