Of late years an increment has been experienced at Guantánamo's province of give them the crime becoming evident a bigger incidence in the communities; important scene for the historic development of our nation, like strategic factor and tactical element of our social project. In such sense, the present work has like objective: Appraising the existing relation between agencies' preventive paper reliable socializadoras in the increment of the crime to elaborate a set of recommendations that they contribute to decrease the problems.
