Marxism Theoretical reflections for the study of Philosophy in Cuban Higher Education

New computer technologies invade the teaching process in Higher Education every day and in many cases there is a tendency to ignore the analysis in classes of the works of the classics of Marxism-Leninism in the teaching of this discipline. The objective of this work is to make a proposal of the main works to be treated and the conceptual nodes that the student must grasp within the subject of Philosophy. These aspects have been the objective of the work of a doctoral study already defended and of the Department of Marxism-Leninism of the Antonio Maceo Campus of the Universidad de Oriente. To carry it out, methods were used that move from the general to the particular and vice versa in direct relation to hermeneutics, which made it possible to choose the essential texts and ideas for analysis. Among the main results are highlighting the importance of Marxist theory in new university settings.
