Genesis and social impact of the career of Telecommunications of the University of East

The present work has as objective to give to know the history of the career of Telecommunications and Electronic to the new generations. To understand the genesis of this career, it is indispensable to see the origins of the School of Electric Engineering, their transformations and social impact in the county and in Cuba. In their history there are three important and related moments: the creation of the Ability of Electric Engineering (it TRUSTED) with the careers of Engineering in Telecommunications and Electronic, Engineering in Automatic and Electric Engineering and in 2018 the formation of the ability FITIB. This investigation is dedicated to the Engineer Miguel’s memory Veranes.
