Validación de escala para evaluar la autopercepción de las competencias investigativas en Formación Inicial Docente

Resumen

Este estudio se orientó a diseñar y validar una escala para medir la autopercepción de competencias investigativas en estudiantes de formación docente. Desde el enfoque cuantitativo se seleccionaron 204 estudiantes por muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia y se construyó una escala Likert de 18 ítems agrupados en tres factores. La validez de contenido se estableció mediante juicio de expertos (V de Aiken > 0.943) y la validez de constructo mediante análisis factorial exploratorio y confirmatorio. Se obtuvo una adecuación muestral satisfactoria (KMO = 0.89), prueba de Bartlett significativa (χ²(300) = 3493.703, p = .000), varianza explicada de 54.84 %, e índices de ajuste aceptables (CFI = 0.925; TLI = 0.914; RMSEA = 0.077); la confiabilidad alcanzó un Alfa de Cronbach de 0.937. Los datos indican que la escala posee adecuadas propiedades psicométricas y es útil como herramienta diagnóstica y formativa para fortalecer la investigación en la formación docente.
