A new perspective on the systemic approach of management

Abstract

The work contains an alternative for the interpretation, explanation and study of the direction from the systemic conception of the same, whose conception differs from those that precede it by the rationality of its structural composition, as well as the detailed significance of its components and of the interrelationships between them, existing issues that make it possible to achieve greater coherence with the reality of Cuban practice; a proposal that is one of the results of the arduous and systematic research carried out by the authors during the last ten years.
