Abstract

This paper describes the main limitations of the specialized literature regarding the treatment of issues related to decision-making and the need to contextualize it to the reality of Cuban directive practice. It is based on the systemic approach of management and the way in which such a perspective makes it possible to delve into the aspects concerning its content, a quality insufficiently addressed because the pragmatic / technocratic tendency of the authors causes them to predominate. Matters inherent to its form of materialization. It is the result of the studies carried out from the Project “Structuring of Work Systems in institutions and management levels” of the Universidad de Oriente.
