Juridical theoretical budgets for the reformation of the Council of Security of the United Nations

Abstract

The Council of Security of the System of United Nations, although it has been the reformed organ in the Organization, he does not respond now to the pretenses of democracy of the international community. The present article bases four juridical theoretical budgets that should sustain the democratization of the mentioned organ as for the structure and operation that it establishes him the constituent Letter of the Organization. For it, with the employment of applicable methods to the Juridical Sciences, one argues the formulation of postulates, among which he is: the recognition of the perspective of the democracy in the Letter of the Organization, and the transformation of the voting system in non-procedural questions and regarding the reformation processes and of revision of the Letter.
