Comunicación humana en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje del Instituto de Admisión y Nivelación de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí

En este trabajo se analiza la comunicación humana durante el ingreso a educación superior, contexto en el que las dificultades para comprender, expresarse y utilizar la retroalimenta-ción pueden afectar la adaptación académica. Se realizó una investigación cuantitativa, no experimental, transversal, descriptiva e instrumental con 294 estudiantes del Instituto de Admisión y Nivelación de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí. Se aplicó un cuestionario de 25 ítems distribuidos en cinco dimensiones y se examinaron respuestas, confiabilidad y dimen-sionalidad. Diecisiete ítems presentaron más del 70 % de valoraciones favorables. Los ítems inversos P3, P5, P8, P12 y P15 mostraron desempeño psicométrico insuficiente y fueron ex-cluidos de los puntajes compuestos. Las dimensiones revisadas alcanzaron alfas ordinales entre 0,752 y 0,936; comunicación en el aula obtuvo la media más alta y comunicación oral la más baja. Se concluye que la versión depurada ofrece consistencia interna adecuada, aunque su estructura factorial debe confirmarse en otra muestra.
