Management plan proposal for the enterprises of the Ecotourism Corridor of the canton San Vicente canton- Manabi

Abstract

The present study had as a general objective to propose a management and administration plan for the enterprises that will be part of the Ecotourism Corridor of the San Vicente canton. The research was carried out under a qualitative approach, visits will be made to each of the enterprises, using an observation sheet for data collection and interviews with the leaders of the associations and communities, data that allowed the elaboration of a proposal for management and administration plan that serves as a basis for the execution of the ventures aligned to promote sustainable tourism in the canton of San Vicente, whose results are based on knowing the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities that each one of them faces, as well as An organizational structure model will be extended that will help them establish the roles that each person must perform within their functions, focusing on socio-organizational, socio-economic, natural, and climatic risks, among others. In conclusion, it will be extended that if the associations work with clear objectives and jointly they will be able to reactivate economically through the Ecotourism Corridor.
