Abstract

In work addresses some theoretical considerations - related methodological pedagogical and psychological research training budgets of teachers of technical and technological institutes, its foundations, characterizing the research training and how they are defined from educational policy , its components and features for the development of research skills in the process of training of technicians and technologists in the Commercial Institute of Technology and Vocational Training Administration and the importance to comprehensive training, as part of the changes that are experienced in higher education currently in the Ecuador , which must be analyzed in a broader dimension , not disjointed from the changes occurring in the world and the region.
