Abstract

Think of television as a place where identity construction processes are generated in various public, it becomes one of the issues that arise today marked interest in the social sciences. Stop sociological look at this powerful cultural apparatus, practices and cultural policies, seen from the representation of the community in their products, actions and interactions, constitute the interest of this Article. Local TV should be more than a place to produce audiovisual products, it should be a mirror of local cultural practices: a televisión of cultural proximity where the audience finds their needs.
