Patent Law in Cuba: remarks to improve The Legal Framework

Abstract

This work is related to the legal protection of the inventions by means of patents in order to cover the scientific & technological knowledge. The new Cuban patent system has opened challenges, mainly related to the protection of inventors, employees creation and the opened complex issues of ownership between authors, investors, administrations and government. Other relevant topic is located in the tools of Administrative intervention in the Cuban legal framework.
