Human rights in Mexican companies: key to economic development

This proposal is made in order to make known the human rights that employees are entitled to by constitutional mandate and that employers are obliged to respect in companies, whether public or private, in the context that, in the eyes of the law, equality must prevail, that is, every person, whether physical or legal, must have the same defense mechanisms and opportunities to defend themselves before any legal instance, acquiring rights and obligations that will safeguard the judicial entities in the state. Before the Constitutional reform of June 10, 2011, human rights were known by other adjectives. In order to develop this topic, we must mention that the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted the Universal Protection of Fundamental Human Rights, this through the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the above in the year 1948. The latter, updated to the times we live in today at the demand of society and in favor of respect for the figure of the person.
