The postgraduate in Venezuela and its social impact in the investigation training

The aim of this paper is to evaluate the development of the graduate to reveal their contradictions and determine their social impact, with a view to the future development of the process. This research is developed in UNEFA, core Sucre. The population is made up of students of Postgraduate Programs (Logistics Management, Human Resource Management and Environmental Management). It aims to reveal aspects of encounters between academic and social development impact of research, academic requirement for the formation of 4th and 5th level. Technical document review, analysis of databases University and polls of opinion among aspiring Magister were used. It hopes this research; upgrade the relationship that should exist between graduate studies and social demand.
