The Emigrants Returned in Cuba: Rights, Duties and Waranties

In this article we approach to one of the less treated issues of the migration phenomenon in our country: the return. After a long time, the Cuban migratory reform of 2012 allows to the Cuban emigrated to go back to their born country, establishing the procedure and the requirements for that. In this article we propose to analyze with detail that norm and expose from our
point of view the challenges and consequences of the regulation and practical effects of this juridical institution. We finally consider that the regulation of the return result a wise decision, because the return is an essential right of all emigrated human being and it was necessary to repair that omission in our law.
