Contribution of the work of Armando Hart Dávalos to the humanist thought of the Cuban Revolution

Abstract

The revolutionary model promoted in Cuba inherited, from its gestation, the humanism contained in the thought of José Martí and Fidel Castro Ruz. Discovering the framework of an integrating and radical thought is not an easy task; but it is the generational duty of those who are committed to socialism in Cuba, and promote, from debate and permanent reflection, the defense of the homeland. This is an urgent task from science, and especially from philosophy; an essential name is inscribed in it every day: Armando Hart Dávalos. The work of this intellectual acquires importance and timeliness within this area of ​​knowledge. His humanist thought shows part of the result of the assumption of the inheritance received and the proper assessment of his contributions. This work intends to argue the importance of the humanist thought of this author. This research is aided by the use of theoretical methods of scientific knowledge.
