Abstract

Treating asthmatic students in the university environment has been a ministerial concern. Multiple actions aimed at preparing teachers to conduct the teaching of therapeutic physical culture are developed from the methodological work. In it offered theoretical, methodological and experiential tools for therapeutic exercises generate a developer student learning. Nevertheless, there are still limitations that reveal the need to give continuity to these intentions. One is the traditional approach of the exercises for therapeutic purposes. If we consider that today's society demands the formation of a subject becomes heir and transmitter of a culture of physical activity that achieves deal with their conditions, increasing growing life expectancy, then more than rehabilitation the physical must achieve a comprehensive educational impact.
