Speech macro-acts in the urban vans of Santiago of Cuba. Methodological actions for the teaching of ELE

On is carried out an analysis of the speech acts used in the vans like half of urban transportation of the city of Santiago of Cuba. This context allows the study of the treatment forms used by those in charge of the passage and to accommodate the travelers. It is objective of this work to analyze the built speech macro-acts of the hypocoristic used in the referred circumstance. The interesting thing is of the interpretations pragmalinguistics that favor to notice contents that reveal use forms that fluctuate between the courtesy and the discourtesy
