This research entitled " is aimed based, propose a methodology for implementation of intertextuality in integrative training skills development and interpretation of legal argumentation in the students of the Faculty of Law. By using a holistic approach to treat configurational aspects of conceptualization of intertextuality, methodology for implementation and finally we propose an exercise of its application in the defense plea of our 5 Heroic Prisoners of the Empire as a reality check that helps illustrate that the use of our scientific approach can help to strengthen the development of this technique in the students of the Faculty of Law. Given the weaknesses in the current Cuban legal field of educational research that address these issues, we hope this research will serve as a starting point for conducting other activities related to these issues allowing the extension of the cultural spectrum of future legal practitioners in moments that require a holistic development of our students.Downloads
