Focus groups: A development experience of autonomy in women University Professional East

Abstract

A synthesis of the theoretical-methodological foundations of a
strategy of the psychological intervention is presented with group
of women’s reflection, applied to promote the development of the
autonomy in professionals of a scientific center of the University
of Oriente. Their results allow to characterize the obstacles and
opportunities for the autonomous development in their identity
senses.
