Abstract

The Thoug´s Iberoamerican Congress is a theorethical and scientific space wich is part of the group of events that complete the big proyect that is the Feast of the Iberoamerican Culture. This event join cathedratics, cientists, and persons interested in cultural diversity all over the world, and is develophed in Holguín from 24 to 30 of october, each year. From its space, provoque debates about scientifics, culturals and others themes of social polemic or vital importance to the iberoamerican region in the actual context, increasing the academic and scientific level of the proposals presented in each one of its ten editions.
