Supreme values as basis of judicial decision in Cuba: social problems

Abstract

In this research paper, we intend to analyze social problems faces by the investigation of supreme values in the current legal order, like axiological foundation of judicial decisions in Cuba. Keeping in mind the necessity to increase the study about the heritage of the Cuban nation. The legal values, as part of the intangible dimension of heritage must charge importance inside the processes of Cuban Courts, for the defense and protection of rights recognized in the Constitution and other laws, through their use like sustenance for the legal argument of the judicial decisions. We used as methods: historical-legal, analysis-synthesis, legal theory, analytical exegetical and the comparative legal method.
