Decision making and the systemic approach of management

This paper describes the main limitations of the specialized literature regarding the treatment of issues related to decision-making and the need to contextualize it to the reality of Cuban directive practice. It is based on the systemic approach of management and the way in which such a perspective makes it possible to delve into the aspects concerning its content, a quality insufficiently addressed because the pragmatic / technocratic tendency of the authors causes them to predominate.
