The Professional Profile at the Guayaquil ITB for the Teachers’ Proper Use of the ICTs.

Abstract

ICTs are an essential work tool in university courses, but in higher education are particularly important for teachers in the educational process, so that is required to achieve a continuous improvement in the management of these ICTs to boost performance professional. It is therefore of vital interest to stimulate an update of this use in the classroom for all subjects because, through them, the knowledge for life is promoted. Develop a professional profile for the appropriate use of ICT by teachers of the Bolivarian Technological Institute of Technology is a step quality in the school and the continuous training as a key process in teacher education.
