Abstract

Higher Technical career in Nursing (TSE) meets the need of human resources of the health system, making qualified technicians to be part of multidisciplinary teams in the health care network, applying nursing care throughout the life cycle, with orientation to promotion, prevention, recovery and rehabilitation of health. However inconsistencies are evident in the formative praxis that limit demonstrate the knowledge, skills and attitudes for students in providing nursing service and solving various health problems in users with a specialized nature, in line with current social needs humanist. Why this paper aims to draft pedagogical nature reflections that allow understand the formation of the specific competence nursing care critical in the student user. This result of the doctoral research carried out on this subject, with the application of empirical and theoretical methods which set the proposals that contribute to the solution of this problem.
