Abstract

The present work derived from systematic research work of the authors, is an approach to the attempts made by the national authors to contextualize the precepts of management or direction to the particularities of the educational sector. In this case, we start by assuming the essentiality of the contradictory dialectic present between the directive and pedagogical logic, which serves as a basis for the formulation of the concepts of pedagogical interactions and pedagogical management, as well as for the establishment of the two dimensions which characterize the last of these: preparation for participation in the process of management of its organization and preparation for the effective materialization of the processes inherent to the operation of the same.
