Evaluation of the biosecurity measures applied in gad chone during the covid-19

The objective of this research was to evaluate the biosecurity measures applied during COVID-19 in the services provided by the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Chone Canton in the period 2020-2021. Inductive, deductive, analytical and synthetic methods were applied. In the first stage, through an interview, the biosafety measures that were used in the services provided were identified. In the second stage, through the application of citizen surveys, it was determined that public servants were not trained for this type of situation, which caused the paralysis of the activities of certain departments. In the third stage, for the design of the improvement plan, the results were taken into consideration. It is concluded that it is important to apply biosafety measures so that the provision of services to the locality is adequate and safe.
