Formation of attitudes and investigating basic abilities in doctors of recent graduation: An experience from Cuba

The investigating competitions you did not sole they train the professional stops to perform at his position of effective way, rather a suitable professional turns it, that acquires especial connotation in the event of the medical profession. The objective of the study was the implementation of a strategy for the formation of attitudes and investigating basic abilities in doctors of recent graduation, for obtaining and analysis of the information used methods of the theoretic level, empiricists and statisticians themselves – mathematicians. Them, surrender they were represented in tie of double entrance and you applied over yourself McNemar's Test for the validation of the results. The population of study got conformed by 21 professionals of our services with different scales in what's administrative, teacher and helping, a general support evidenced itself to the elaboration and implementation of the strategy for part of the administrative staff, teacher and doctors recently graduated, the existence of inadequate attitudes and the lack of investigating basic abilities for part of the doctors of recent graduation were exposed besides, that got modified when applying the proposed strategy, demonstrating to be effective in the attainment of the proposed objective.
