Social Indiscipline of Santiago de Cuba

Abstract

It has experienced of Santiago de Cuba an increase in social indiscipline at all levels in recent years, showing a higher incidence in the communities; important scenery for the historical development of our nation, as a strategic factor and tactical element of our social project. In this sense, this paper aims to: assess the forms of organization of preventive practices to this problem at the Community context to propose actions aimed at reducing the difficulties in this direction. It is concluded specifying the actions not very effective in dealing with this problem by subjects that make up the social prevention system at this level and the need to use mechanism of Socialization and more efficient interaction.
