Abstract

The essay addresses a topic of great importance and topicality, when conceiving the need for the conception of training in the postgraduate training of managers, which must be inserted in the directive practice that requires the fulfillment of their functions, to perform properly and timely tasks that correspond to him as a cadre or reserve in the management activity. The objective is to connote the stages through which the training takes place and the content of each one of them, as well as the need to elaborate programs in this respect and their structuring. Its viability was considered through the method of user criteria, where the feasibility of the planned actions was corroborated and included in the plans to overcome the tables and their reserves.
