Faced with the changes that are generated as a consequence of the speed with which changes occur, especially those that come from information and communication technologies and their impact on the business, institutions, organizations, corporations, as well as the new Paradigms of the economy, originated by the opening of the markets and the globalization of these emerges the opportunity and pertinence to analyze the effects that are given in the formation of the company administrator, evaluating the requirements for the design of the contents and programs of study .
